Mmmmmmmm... the mini banoffi pies worked out a treat, everyone loved them!
Have bundles of recipes waiting to be filed and, hopefully, tried some day... hoping to try some new recipes more often but easier said than done, eh? At least the cupcake experiment went well, next experiment is mini banoffee pies...
